My coaching work, whether in person locally and regionally or via telephone around the world, is designed to help professionals maximize their potential. By supporting clients through the collaborative process of designing, effectuating and sustaining change, I provide accountability and the opportunity to create effective and personalized success strategies. I hold coaching certifications from both the Coaches Training Institute (CPCC) and the International Coach Federation (PCC). My education includes a BA (summa cum laude) from Susquehanna University and a JD from the Penn State-Dickinson School of Law. Companies and businesses I regularly work with include GHPOD (Global Health and Professional and Organizational Development), Corporate Balance Concepts, The Wall Street Coach, USAID, Geisinger Health System, and Evangelical Community Hospital. My professional background allows me to work effectively and efficiently in a variety of industries and with clients of multiple backgrounds.
To me, success and progress in business and life is tied to a focus on the connection between professional attitudes and personal health. I value a conversation and process with my clients that will focus on maintaining balance and focus professionally, and working to enhance and sustain a healthy mind and body. The areas complement each other, and a coaching relationship with me will include focus on both. I will listen to the desires and needs of the client, collaboratively form an achievable plan, and then work to hold the client accountable to reach the set goals.
I am in Pennsylvania, and use skype and telephone coaching to meet with those clients outside my geographical range.
I am certainly willing to meet in person with clients in my immediate geography but understand that for efficiency purposes, skype or telephone may be most effective.
